Title: Reigning by the Victory of the Last Adam

Introduction – The Dominion of Man
Psa 8:4 what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man, that You visit him?
Psa 8:5 You made us a little lower than you yourself, and you have crowned us with glory and honor.
Psa 8:6 You let us rule everything your hands have made. And you put all of it under our power.

Take note of the phrase “son of man” here. This is a prophecy of a second perfect man that will rule considering the first generation failed!

God’s Plan Since The Beginning
Gen 1:26 And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth.

Stolen Dominion
2Co 4:4 in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving ones, so that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ (who is the image of God) should not dawn on them.

No Longer A Spirit Being, Adam Lost His Dominion
Man lost his dominion to Satan in the first generation.

Corrupt And Evil Leader
Act 10:38 You know about Jesus of Nazareth and how God poured out on him the Holy Spirit and power. He went everywhere, doing good and healing all who were under the power of the Devil, for God was with him.

The mess in the world is all from the devil. Sickness and disease. War and famine. A evil and corrupt world system based on a failed system to enslave based on buying and selling.

Fullness of Time, A Redeemer A Man Came
Gal 4:4 But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, coming into being out of a woman, having come under Law,

Enter The Son of Man
Mar 14:62 And Jesus said, I AM! And you will see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power and coming in the clouds of the heaven.

Act 7:56 And he said, Behold, I see Heaven opened and the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God.

Rev 14:14 And I saw, and lo, a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sitting like to a son of man, having upon his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle;

Last Adam, Second Man
1Co 15:45 And so it is written, "The first man, Adam, became a living soul," the last Adam was a life-giving Spirit.
1Co 15:47 The first man was out of earth, earthy; the second man was the Lord from Heaven.
1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all will be made alive.

The Victory of the second (one) man
Rom 5:12 Therefore, even as through one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed on all men inasmuch as all sinned:

Rom 5:15 but the free gift shall not be also like the offense. For if by the offense of the one many died, much more the grace of God, and the gift in grace; which is of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.

Rom 5:17 For if by one man's offense death reigned by one, much more they who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by One, Jesus Christ.)
Rom 5:18 Therefore as by one offense sentence came on all men to condemnation, even so by the righteousness of One the free gift came to all men to justification of life.
Rom 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of One shall many be made righteous.

Man Pushed To the Limit – Introduce the Law
Rom 5:20 But the Law entered so that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound,

Before Grace (Jesus) came, God introduced the Law to push man to utter despair and thus, needed a Savior.

Remember, Man Failed in the Garden With One Law, How Much More Ten Laws

One Mediator
1Ti 2:5 For God is one, and there is one Mediator of God and of men, the Man Christ Jesus,

Disarming The Devil Once And For All
Eph 2:14 For He is our peace, He making us both one, and He has broken down the middle wall of partition between us,
Eph 2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity (the Law of commandments contained in ordinances) so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, making peace between them;
Eph 2:16 and so that He might reconcile both to God in one body by
the cross, having slain the enmity in Himself.

Col 2:14 Having put an end to the handwriting of the law which was against us, taking it out of the way by nailing it to his cross;
Col 2:15 Having made himself free from the rule of authorities and powers, he put them openly to shame, glorying over them in it.

Satan is as good as dead. He is totally disarmed. Preaching the Law over the pulpit is running to Satan and giving him back the weapons that God has removed from him!!!

Rom 7:6 But now we having been set free from the Law, having died to that in which we were held, so that we serve in newness of spirit and not in oldness of the letter.

We See These In The Temptation of Jesus
Satan never has anything that was his own. He used man’s authority and dominion. And he uses God’s Law, twisted it and bashed man.
He quoted Scripture in his first confrontation with Jesus.

The Summary Of These Truths In Philippians
Phi 2:5 Have the same attitude among yourselves that was also in Christ Jesus:
Phi 2:6 In God's own form existed he, And shared with God equality, Deemed nothing needed grasping.
Phi 2:7 Instead, poured out in emptiness, A servant's form did he possess, A mortal man becoming. In human form he chose to be,
Phi 2:8 And lived in all humility, Death on a cross obeying.
Phi 2:9 Now lifted up by God to heaven, A name above all others given, This matchless name possessing. (ISV)

Satan Was Defeated By A Man
Phi 2:9 Therefore God has highly exalted Him, and has given Him a name which is above every name,
Phi 2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of heavenly ones, and of earthly ones, and of ones under the earth;
Phi 2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father

God Exalted Jesus In His Human Form to the Highest
We need to grasp this truth. Remember the verses we read in Revelation earlier about the son of man in heaven.

Satan was never defeated by man. He beat Adam and for 4000 years enslaved mankind. But a man beat Him.

Today, at the right hand of God is a Man (the Forerunner (Hebrews 6:20)!

As He is – Many Like Him
1Jo 4:17 In this is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, that as He is, so also we are in this world.

We are to reign in the present age and crushed and dominate Satan. It’s a little devil under our feet.

The more we are conscious of what the Second Man has done, the more the New Man in us dominates.

The Old Man (Adamic Nature) Died With Christ
Rom 6:6 knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him in order that the body of sin might be destroyed, that from now on we should not serve sin.

You Can’t Die Again And Again
This wrong teaching and belief about crucifying your daily is rubbish and Old Testament sin consciousness.

Remember, the Devil wants to reintroduce the Law and legalism back to the Church and into your lives.

Now A New Creation (New Man – Son of Man Nature)
2Co 5:17 So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Renew Your Minds
Eph 4:22 For you ought to put off the old man (according to your way of living before) who is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
Eph 4:23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
Eph 4:24 And you should put on the new man, who according to God was created in righteousness and true holiness.

We do this by Focusing on the Finished Work of the Second Man

Contrary to some teachings, you do not have 2 natures
We lived in darkness for so long, it will take us a while to adjust. We might seemingly from the old man but the truth is that only the New Man is us.

Now Live, Now Reign!
Rom 5:17 For if by one man's offense death reigned by one, much more they who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by One, Jesus Christ.)

We are meant to live more than holding a job, taking care of our children and on Sunday go to Church!
Yes, we are to prosper in our relationships, our job and everything else. But there is much more.

Enforcing The Victory 1
Eph 1:20 which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead, and He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies,
Eph 1:21 far above all principality and authority and power and dominion, and every name being named, not only in this world, but also in the coming age.
Eph 1:22 And He has put all things under His feet and gave Him to be Head over all things to the church

Enforcing The Victory Through The Church 2
Eph 3:10 in order that at the present time, by means of the church, the angelic rulers and powers in the heavenly world might learn of his wisdom in all its different forms
Rom 16:20 And the God of peace will be crushing Satan under your feet before long. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

The Broken Image of God in Genesis is now restored through Christ
Rom 8:29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers.

2Co 3:18 But we all, with our face having been unveiled, having beheld the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Lord Spirit.

The Gospel of Grace Is The Key
When we preached Grace, we enforced the Victory. For hundred of years, we preached a watered down gospel. We preach the Law from our pulpit instead of His grace.

Instead of overcoming sin, we became sin-conscious.

Instead of reigning, we struggled.

Now is the time. Grace is the key to bringing back the miraculous to Church.

Our Destiny
2Co 5:17 So that if any one is in Christ, that one is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

As new man, we are called to take this to our friends, family and the world.

This is our Destiny and what a privileged one. To take back everything the Devil has stolen. We are to crush him everywhere we go with this Gospel of Grace.

We are called to take the Gospel, Healed the Sick and set the oppressed free.

Like Jesus

Joh 14:12 Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes on Me, the works that I do he shall do also, and greater works than these he shall do, because I go to My Father.

Act 5:16 And also a multitude came from the cities around Jerusalem, bringing sick ones, and those being tormented by unclean spirits, who were all healed
